Who we are
VPN Ltd. operates the VPN VPN service at pn-v3-01.pages.dev. We are the data controller. Contact: privacy@pn-v3-01.pages.dev.
Data we collect
Account email, subscription status (Apple/Google), support messages. We do not collect connection logs, DNS queries, IP during session, browsing history, or bandwidth-per-user.
How we use it
To operate the service, reply to support, comply with tax law, detect abuse. No advertising, no profiling, no automated decisions, no AI training. No sharing with third-party AI services without explicit consent.
VPN commitment
VPN does not sell, use, or disclose user data to third parties for any purpose. We have no connection logs to disclose.
Processors
Apple, Google, Stripe, Cloudflare. Each has a DPA with us and provides the same or equal protection for user data. No processor resells data.
Retention
Email: cancellation + 30 days. Billing: 7 years (UK tax). Support: 180 days. Aggregate load: 30 days. Connection logs: not kept.
International transfers
Standard Contractual Clauses (4 June 2021) apply to transfers outside the EEA, supplemented by end-to-end encryption.
GDPR rights
EEA/UK/CH users have rights to access, rectify, erase, port, object, restrict, plus complaint to a supervisory authority. Email privacy@pn-v3-01.pages.dev.
California (CCPA)
Right to know, delete, opt out of sale (we don't sell), correct, non-discrimination.
Security & breach
AES-256, TLS 1.3, tmpfs log dirs, annual audit. Breach notification within 72 hours per Art. 33/34 GDPR.
Changes
Material changes announced by email 30 days before effect.
